Miley Cyrus Joins Beyoncé Onstage for Surprise Duet at Paris “Cowboy Carter” Concert

PARIS — Beyoncé brought a memorable surprise to fans during her first Cowboy Carter concert in Paris, delighting the crowd with a special guest appearance by Miley Cyrus.

The iconic singer launched her “Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin’ Circuit Tour” at Stade de France on June 19, coinciding with Juneteenth. The Paris show marked her debut at the venue for this tour, with follow-up performances scheduled for June 21 and 22.

“Paris, France, I have to say I’m very grateful to be on the stage. We have a very special show for y’all,” Beyoncé told the audience at the start of the concert.

Midway through the performance, the energy soared when Miley Cyrus appeared on stage. The duo performed their Grammy-winning hit “II Most Wanted” together for the first time, sending the crowd into a frenzy.

“I love y’all so much. I’m super excited because I wanted to do something very special for you guys,” Beyoncé said as she introduced Cyrus. “Give it up. I’m so grateful to sing with you, Ms. Miley Cyrus.”

Both stars wore dazzling gold outfits, sharing a warm moment as they held hands and exchanged cheek kisses before their duet. Their collaboration earned them the Best Country Duo/Group Performance award at the 2025 Grammy Awards.

“Please give it up for Miley,” Beyoncé said as the performance concluded, drawing thunderous applause. “That was amazing.”

Beyoncé first kicked off the Cowboy Carter tour on April 28 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, featuring a dynamic 39-song setlist. The tour is a celebration of music, fashion, family, and country roots, blending genres and paying tribute to cultural heritage.

The nine-city tour spans across the U.S. and Europe, culminating in a grand finale in Las Vegas on July 26.
